Age 5-11

Our children’s classes are an excellent mix of skill development and fun!

Teaching children the fundamentals of Muay Thai Kickboxing or Kids Boxing, along with the great qualities instilled by learning the fighting arts such as; Respect, confidence, self-discipline, focus, determination and self belief.

Whether you are interested in fighting or not (%99 only want to train) we will teach you the skills of Boxing or Muay Thai Kickboxing.

We have Basics classes for you to learn the basics then Intermediate classes for when you are more skilled and looking for a more demanding workout.

There are also sparring classes for when you decide to test yourself further.

If you have what it takes Coach Rhett can prepare you for the ring, where Fight Rite has an excellent history of producing some of Western Sydneys best Fighters. Rhett has trained many champions including World Champions.

 If you are unsure, our coaches and admin staff are great at finding the style & class to suit you.

Each style has highly credited and passionate instructors, our expectations are high, as are our members, we make sure we do everything to meet them.
